Terms of Service

These Terms outline key conditions for using our services. Full terms may be provided separately as needed.

1. No Performance Guarantee

We do not guarantee advertising results, performance, or outcomes.

2. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer during the most recent three (3) months, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights related to deliverables belong to our company.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
