Refund Policy
This policy describes cancellation and refund rules for service-based offerings (advertising support and development).
1. One-time / Spot Services
- Before service start: Cancellation may be accepted. Payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
- After service start: Refunds are generally not available.
2. Subscription Services
- Cancellation notice: Please request cancellation at least 10 business days before the next renewal date.
- No prorated refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
3. Development / Implementation Services
- Projects are managed based on milestones.
- Once work has started, refunds are generally not available.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
- Method: Refunds, if approved, will be processed via Stripe.
- Processing time: Typically within 10 business days.
